Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@no2hair.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your responsibility as a Buyer
If you have any health condition please confirm with your medic, the product is safe for your use. Have a glimpse at the manufacturer's website for more detail as information on our website is brief. We do not take accountability for mismatched skin tone. In this instance, you cannot make a return if the seal is opened. Therefore, verify your skin tone before placing your order. If this happens, we recommend you sell the product locally or on third party platforms.

1) Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
2) The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you of the value of the goods.
3) The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
4) Shipping charges are only refundable where goods are confirmed faulty and returned to us within 30 days of receipt.

Any damage to product packaging or opened seal on "return" of the product will have you to pay 50% as the restocking fees plus our shipping costs. The minimum shipping charge is $50 USD.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation measures will vary depending on the following circumstances: If you cancel the order before dispatch, we will initiate a full refund. If the order has already been shipped out, then we will deduct our Postage charges at cost. The minimum shipping charge is $50 USD.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personal care goods (such as beauty products, IPL/Laser Hair Removal devices). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

REPAIR Policy
If the item is being sent to us for repair or replacement, the cost of returning the product to us is your responsibility. This includes all shipping charges. We will get the product repaired and ship back at our expense. However, any customs duties and taxes will need to be borne by the customer.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return usually within 48 hours, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
